Today, U.S. junior elite gymnast and former Parkettes gymnast, Margzetta Frazier, announced her verbal commitment to the UCLA Bruins gymnastics program — through her Instagram. The 15-year old, who lives in Erial, N.J., commits to the program just two days after Junior National Team standout, Norah Flatley (Cumming, Ia. / Chow's). Last week, both she and Flatley — along with National Team members Jordan Chiles (Vancouver, Wash. / Naydenov) and Christina Desiderio (Hackettstown, N.J. / Parkettes) took a trip to the UCLA campus on an 'official visit'. |
Frazier, who placed ninteenth at the recent P&G Nationals, is expected to join the program as part of the 2018-19 incoming class; composed of just she and Flatley at present. Until then, the Atlantic Coast star, who now trains under Joe Catrambone, has listed her goals as making the elusive Olympic Games next summer in Rio.
